Father is a hero to me

My father used to be a superman in my point of view.As I was a little boy,he tended to bring me to the basketball court.He could do anything that you can imagine(score,rebound,block,assist,pass,etc.).I admire him and take him as a hero even if he is too old to do that now.I have gotten hooked on this game.In the future,I must surpass my father's record and shock everyone.This is my ultimate goal that I have been concerned about since the age of eighteen."Can't Asian play basketball well?"Because somebody said it before,I was definitely furious.Doing exercises at night becomes norm in my life.What do I practice every single night?I am sure that you could infer from the context.
